Parent Program for Anxious Kids

Reducing Reassurance, Accommodation & Anxiety-Driven Patterns at Home

What if the way you respond to anxiety could begin changing the entire pattern?

When a child struggles with anxiety, OCD, or selective mutism, parents often end up carrying the weight of it too — the worry, the daily accommodations, the constant effort to keep things from falling apart.

You try to help.

You reassure.
You explain.
You step in because you love your child and want them to feel okay.

But over time, anxiety can quietly begin organizing the whole family.

This parent program was created to help you respond differently — with more steadiness, clarity, and confidence.

Not through perfection.

Through small, consistent shifts that help your child build resilience over time.

If This Sounds Familiar

  • Your child feels overwhelmed, and you feel pressure to fix it immediately
  • Reassurance helps briefly, but the “what ifs” always return
  • Your child freezes socially, and you find yourself speaking for them
  • Anxiety is beginning to shape school, routines, friendships, or family life
  • You’ve tried staying calm, but nothing seems to create lasting change

These are common experiences for parents of anxious kids.

And they do not mean you are failing your child.

What Parents Often Want Most

Most parents are not looking for a complicated system.

They want to help their child experience:

  • Less anxiety and avoidance
  • More confidence and flexibility
  • Easier mornings and daily routines
  • Greater independence
  • More participation in school, friendships, and family life
  • A calmer home rhythm that does not revolve around anxiety

This program helps you understand what keeps anxiety patterns going — and how to begin responding in ways that support long-term growth instead of short-term relief.

Inside the Program

This is a structured, asynchronous parent program with support.

It is designed for parents of children navigating anxiety, OCD, selective mutism, avoidance, reassurance loops, school anxiety, and family accommodation patterns.

The program is informed by supportive parenting principles and the SPACE model developed by Dr. Eli Lebowitz.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Step out of reassurance and accommodation patterns with confidence and compassion
  • Respond in ways that strengthen your child’s coping skills
  • Support brave behavior without escalating overwhelm
  • Communicate support without reinforcing anxiety
  • Build steadier rhythms at home
  • Create more consistency between home, school, and everyday life

This is not about becoming a perfect parent.

It is about learning how to respond to anxiety with more clarity, steadiness, and confidence.

A Note from Debi

Parenting an anxious child can feel isolating.

I know how heavy it can become when anxiety starts shaping daily life, family routines, and the way everyone responds to each other.

I created this parent program to give parents a steadier framework — one that blends warmth, structure, and practical tools in a way that feels sustainable for real families.

You do not need to change everything at once.

You do not need to respond perfectly.

You just need a clearer way to understand the pattern and begin taking one steady step at a time.

You do not have to figure this out alone.
