It's hard to open up and admit that there is something wrong and you don't know how to handle it. I want to get people back into their lives with evidenced based treatments and are proven to work. I know individuals and families don't have unlimited time to spend in therapy. I focus on solutions which is why I named my company NW Anxiety Solutions.
